The foundation / Fallible Software, Co.

Software for brains.
Judgment stays human.

Fallible Software began in 2024 with a practical idea: software should increase human ability. The person brings purpose, context and judgment; the product helps carry them into action.

Language, media and agent tools are different expressions of that direction. Production infrastructure supports the work—from persistent jobs to bounded computer control.

02 / How I work

Own the whole
user outcome.

Product thinking, hands-on implementation and operations belong in the same conversation.

01 / Product & interaction

Start with what a person needs to do.

Design conversational, mobile and multimodal interfaces around context, useful feedback and continued control. Make voice, text and visual support fit the task.

02 / Systems & delivery

Build beyond the happy path.

Connect interfaces to durable state, event processing, media delivery and device boundaries. Keep retries, interruptions and uncertain outcomes visible in the system design.

03 / Evidence & iteration

Make the work inspectable.

Use architecture records, reproducible checks and release evidence. Treat a prototype, a live route and a customer outcome as different things—and improve through real use.

03 / Wider portfolio

The products.
The tools behind them.

Alongside the featured work: private operating tools, experimental systems and the earlier products that shaped the company.

LLedit

Private deployed tool

Android and web editing clients share host-resident projects, resumable uploads and persistent processing jobs. FFmpeg-based workflows support clips, loops and music edits.

Arjun Iyer · Fallible Software, Co.

I’m the founder of Fallible Software, Co., where I work across product direction, interaction design, engineering and operation. My current focus is intelligence augmentation: systems that help people understand more and do more with their own judgment.

My earlier engineering work spans distributed analytics at Amazon, cellular-imaging and machine-learning platforms at nference, augmented-reality and music applications at Jeane, and autonomous-underwater-vehicle software at Hydroid. That range informs how I connect user-facing experiences to the systems underneath them.
